| Danta Corcovado Lodge is a
very special place. All the living areas are built with raw or almost raw materials: fallen trees, stones from the river nearby, bamboo, branches, fabrics... This "casa" is named Saltarin, it's the name of a little bird that makes its home in the bush in front of the house. It's always jumping up and down, really fun to watch! There also pictures from the main building, pretty amazing! |

Le Danta Corcovado Lodge est
un endroit très spécial. Tous les espaces habitables sont
bâtis avec des matériaux bruts ou quasi-bruts: arbres tombés, pierres provenant de la rivière tout près, bamboo, branches, tissus... Cette "casa" se nomme Saltarin, c'est le nom d'un petit oiseau qui vit dans les buissons en face de la maison. Il sautille constammant, très amusant à observer! En amont de la rivière se
trouve l'entrée du Parc National Corcovado. Une fois à l'entrée du Parc, le trek commence. 3 km jusqu'à l'ancienne Station de Los Patos et 17km de plus jusqu'à la station Biologique de La Sirena. |
