The rivers of the Gaspe

Some 600 kilometers north of Montreal is
the Gaspe peninsula, it is home to the most beautiful rivers one could imagine. This is a gallery of photos taken in the area.

New Zealand

Although it is situated a very long way
away from my home, I feel the island of
New Zealand truly deserves the long trip.
The scenery, the ever present volcanoes, mountains and rivers make it a
very special destination.

this is a picture of the emerald lakes that can be found when descending from the saddle between mount Tongariro and mount Ngauruhoe, the sight from up on the saddle looking towards mount Ruapehu in the back is unforgettable and truly one of the great sights that make a trip to New Zealand so worthwhile

 This gallery is about the island of Moorea
near Tahiti in French Polynesia, this island
truly deserves the paradise reputation that it
has enjoyed for so long. The beauty of the
scenery you'll see on this island is truly
amazing, and the gentleness of its inhabitants
 has made its reputation for a very long time.

Costa Rica

My favorite area of Costa Rica is the
Osa Peninsula located at the southern
part of the country, most of the peninsula
is land protected by a National park
called Corcovado, it is described by
biologists as the most ecologically
divers area in the world, this is due
to its location at the junction of the
north and south america continents.

Quebec scenery

These galleries showcase different aspect of a beautiful corner of Canada that is visited
by too few people. One gallery is about the beautiful colors of fall, that can be seen in
september and october of each year, the most beautiful time of the year for many visitors.
Another gallery is set in the Baie des Chaleurs area of the Gaspesie peninsula situated at the eastern part of the province. The rivers flow in beds of rocks bay through magnificient valleys.
The third gallery is set in the Latuque area north of Montreal, it is a land of lakes rivers and mountains where the walleye and northern pikes attract anglers from all over the world

these guys are flyfishing for salmon and sea trouts from a canoe on the cascapedia river in the baie des chaleurs area of Gaspe peninsula in eastern Quebec

this picture was taken in the early morning in the lake Flamand located near LaTuque, the lake empties in the Saint Maurice river which will in turn flow towards the St Lawrence river in the prvince of Quebec in eastern Canada
